Thanks to our determination to make 'Legalitum' as flexible and affordable as possible, we have created two ways to access the service. All you need to do is choose the option that best suits your business and follow the on-screen instructions.

The traditional method used by many competitors, we will attempt to collect your debts for no fee. However, if we are successful in recovering the debt then we take a commission which is based on the overall value of the debt. For a list of our commission rates please click here.

Many of our clients prefer to use this service as it keeps your costs fixed. By using our flat fee service you simply pay for our service in advance and we then recover your debts on your behalf. Click here for more information on the 'flat fee' debt collection service.

'Legalitum' collect for and on behalf of a number of large Corporations, and we have streamlined our systems to handle and cope with bulk debt collection - which we would class as collections from multiples of debtors, ranging from 100 plus upwards. The method of submission of these bulk cases is by arrangement with the Client, as is the method of collection, reporting, and the agreement of fees.

Are you a Recruitment Company - Have you placed a candidate and not been paid? 'Legalitum' can assist. We are well versed in all the standard terms of and conditions that apply in your industry, and the range of excuses that are often used by Employers seeking to avoid payment for your services...

'LegalitumTrace' is our tracing service which supports you and your company if you are pursuing a debtor who has absconded. Tracing debtors is not part of any of our standard packages. We offer a 'no trace no fee' service. A fee of £95 plus vat is payable upon a successful trace and this is prepaid, but will be refunded in full in the event of a "no-trace".

'Legalitum Check': prevention rather than cure: affords you access to up to date credit info on any given debtor so you can assess risks you may be taking dealing with them before they get into debt. Credit check is not part of any of our standard packages. We can conduct credit checks for a fee of £50 plus vat.

LEGALITUM can help collect debts where your debtor is located in most foreign jurisdictions. We do this via partnerships/associations we have forged with major players in different territories. To request a no obligation quote, we need to know 4 things: The location of your debtor, their name and address, the sum owed, and the age of the debt. We will then make initial enquiries and get back to you with a quote for collection fees usually within 24 hours - all dependant on time zones.
